Subject to the arbitration provision below, any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
8. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our website or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. You and Numerico LLC waive any right to a jury trial and agree that no dispute will be brought as, or joined in, a class, collective, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by notifying us in writing at team.leader@numerico.co within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

10. Severability
